Article 1 — Parties
This Distance Selling Agreement is entered into electronically between the BUYER / SUBSCRIBER and the SELLER: Agenhub (an initiative by copoint.pro; Address: Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey; Email: support@agenhub.pro).
Article 2 — Subject & Service Description
The subject of this contract is the online sale and digital provision of cloud-based B2B proposal creation, cost calculation, and invited RFx procurement software services. Access is granted instantaneously upon successful payment processing via Polar.sh.
Article 3 — Delivery & Performance
The software subscription is delivered digitally and made active immediately in the BUYER's workspace upon completion of checkout.
