Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time directly through the Dashboard > Settings > Billing portal. When cancelled, your workspace retains active access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Terms
Because Agenhub delivers immediate cloud access and digital capability upon checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. However, if you experienced technical platform disruption or billing discrepancies, our support team reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
