1. Data Controller
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), your personal data is processed by Agenhub (a copoint.pro initiative) as the data controller.
2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
- Identity Data: Full name, company title, authorized signatory identity.
- Contact Information: Business email address, telephone number, billing address.
- Financial & Billing Data: Tax ID, VAT number, billing address. (Payment card data is processed directly via Polar.sh and never stored on our servers).
- Workspace & Usage Data: Proposals generated, cost rate models, team members, client contact records.
- Technical & Log Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session cookies.
- E-Signature & Audit Data: Timestamp, client IP address, and SHA-256 cryptographic document hash recorded upon proposal approval.
