1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Agenhub platform at agenhub.pro (“Service”), provided by Agenhub (a copoint.pro initiative) (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Scope of Services
Agenhub provides B2B proposal building (Sell Flow), invited supplier bidding and Decision Room evaluation (Buy Flow / RFx), loaded cost calculation, and Lean CLM draft contract generation.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
- Customer Content: You retain 100% ownership of all proposals, customer lists, pricing figures, and contracts created on the Platform.
- Agenhub IP: The software, designs, algorithms, and MCP server architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of Agenhub and copoint.pro.
4. AI Features & Legal Disclaimers
Contracts, scopes, and clauses produced by Agenhub's AI assistants are provided as automated structural drafts. They do not constitute formal legal advice. Agenhub does not claim to replace licensed legal counsel or qualified electronic signatures (NES/DocuSign).
